Monogatari 2 is a strange one for sure. Following up from Monogatari 1, this EP is my continued experimentation with Japanese modes. But this time, using orchestra instruments. The orchestration leaves much to be desired but I am quite proud of some of the melodic ideas that are present in the tracks. Maybe one day I will revisit the tracks and arrange them for live playing.
